This complete, stand-alone, "Steamflood" system, utilizes the PREMIER ENERGY. Steamflood generator as the core of its operation. The system receives and distributes all utilities to enable high-pressure steam production for oil field "Steamflooding". High-pressure steam is generated in the PREMIER ENERGY. Steamflood generator and injected into the oil field. The steam heats and "drives" the oil to a producing well for recovery and processing.
The PREMIER ENERGY. engineers have designed a steam flood generator system that is able to change operating pressures at a predetermined low, medium and high pressure levels with the simple flip of a switch.
Advantages for production companies:
• Field Options and Flexibility: If geological conditions allow, the oil can be pushed towards a receiving well through a system of steam flood generators with varying operating pressures. If the field does not produce the expected capabilities, the system can be reprogrammed with existing equipment to push the oil in the opposite direction.
• Maximize Economic Efficiency: The capital and operation cost for several steam flood generators is approximately equal to the costs of one or two large units. If the field geology allows for shallow drilling, install a system of small generators to control and focus the oil to the desired recovery location.
• Reliable Robust Operations: Our method of obtaining different pressures through the steam generators takes advantage of advancements in control technologies while using time tested proven designs.
