Davis is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and leadership of Premier Energy.

Davis brings over 30 years experience in all aspects of the steam generation industry. Prior to Premier Energy Services, Davis held engineering and business management positions with Zurn Industries, Indeck Power Equipment Company / Indeck Energy Services, Inc. and ESI Inc. of Tennessee.

Throughout his career Davis has maintained focus on emerging steam-generating technologies for industrial applications. His vision has provided the business opportunity to improve upon legacy steam technology for the world’s future oil supply.

Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering University of Akron.

Noll provides the leadership and management for all technology development and services. He oversees all product management, hardware and software engineering, quality control and professional services.

Noll brings over 20 years engineering experience from ESI Inc. of Tennessee, where he was responsible for mechanical engineering, quality control, project management and project engineering. Additionally, he spent five years as a U.S Navy Officer responsible for various engineering duties aboard a nuclear submarine.

Noll holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has also attended nuclear power school and prototype training for the United States Navy. Noll is a registered professional mechanical engineer in eleven states.

Schindler provides vision and leadership for the marketing and sales strategies of Premier Energy. He is responsible for all marketing communications, product marketing, and channel sales initiatives. His primary responsibilities are to drive global awareness and demand for Premier Energy products and services.

Schindler brings practical marketing experience with high-tech firms in various Internet technology industries. Most recently, he was responsible for marketing at VistaScape Security Systems where he spearheaded the Company’s strategic introduction of integrated security products and services. Additionally, he has held various marketing positions at Verso Technologies and was an early member of NetSpeak Corporation where he managed the world first VOIP business communications platform.

Schindler holds a B.A. in Business from Florida Atlantic University.

Bayer is responsible for client installations and support services. Bayer brings over 35 years experience in the steam and power industry. Prior to Premier Energy he held a variety of management and technical positions with Mirant and its predecessor Southern Energy, Inc., Stevens Steel Products, Kamtech, Blount Construction, and HB Zachary Co.

Bayer has a proven track record of managing large projects. A registered professional engineer, his strengths include his technical competence in rigging, implementation of construction standards, field management and safety, and operations management.

Bayer attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and Texas A&M University where he earned B.S. degrees in Military Science and Mechanical Engineering, respectively. He is a registered mechanical engineer and a member of several associations.

Airhart focuses on generating, evaluating, and developing direct sales and new business opportunities for Premier Energy, with particular emphasis on leveraging the company's relationships with strategic partners.

Airhart has over 15 years experience in the steam and power industry. He has held a variety of field engineering, sales, account management, and technical positions with Combustion Engineering, Alstom Power, Johnson Controls, Hillenbrand Industries, and the Texas Department of Transportation.

Airhart has a proven track record of sales and business development activities for steam generating products and systems. As a registered professional engineer, his strengths include his technical competence in operation, field engineering and safety, and development and implementation of systems technical training courses.

Airhart attended Texas A&M University where he earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered engineer and a member of several associations.
